Lemonade Recruiting comes from experience in the staffing industry at both the agency and boutique level. One thing that always stood out was the number of companies that choose not to work with external recruiters in order to avoid their premium rates & fees.
That's why I decided to form Lemonade Recruiting
My services are priced well below the industry standard. I don't want to give other companies a bad rap, but what I will say is, all recruiters have access to the same candidates, at the same time. That means it truly doesn't matter what agency or firm you work with. What's most important is that you find a recruiter that is not only honest, but is willing to break a sweat to find you the best candidate possible.
My brand is built on several traits, which I believe to be honesty, accountability, creativity, and diligent work-- all without taking life too seriously.
About the owner - TJ Marine
After working in staffing, merchant services, equipment financing, procurement, and even film distribution-- I can honestly say I'm not here to convince you I'm anyone special. As a film producer-turned-recruiter, I don't mind being explicitly clear-- I'm just a guy that wants to help people.
For me, that personal mission goes back to even before I got my start in the staffing world. As the owner of Lemonade Recruiting, I can create collaborative relationships with my clients and candidates per what I believe is best for all parties ethically, morally, and financially.
Hopefully after a trial run, we can continue to work together for years to come.
